They cushion wonderfully and fit even into narrow shoes. I haven't been using them for long, so I can't comment on their durability yet. However, they do slide slightly forward in heeled shoes, though you only notice it when taking them off. #
Dämpfen wunderbar und passen auch in schmale Schuhe. Ich habe sie noch nicht lange in Benutzung und kann nichts über die Haltbarkeit sagen. Allerdings rutschen sie bei Absatzschuhen etwas nach vorne, merkt man aber erst beim Ausziehen.
