You can return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of receiving them by using the following Evri link:

Please note that Kramer Equestrian deducts £4.99 per parcel from the refund for return postage (max. 15kg per parcel).

To start the returns process, you will need your order details and email address. Simply enter the required information via the link above. You can choose to return your parcel via an Evri ParcelShop or Locker drop-off.
Once you have filled out all the required information and created the return using the above link, you can print your returns label at an Evri ParcelShop or Evri Locker drop-off, or at home. Evri will also send you a return label & QR code via email once the return has been created.
Securely repack your items so they are safe for shipping. Please remember to fill out the Kramer returns form and include it in the parcel. Make sure, that the Evri label covers any existing labels.
Please make a note of the returns tracking number provided by Evri, and keep the automated return email for future reference.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, or there is an error on our part, £4.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage. If you have a problem with your item, please contact us by phone or email.

Please note that some products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations. If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please contact our customer service. They will then be able to sort out the situation for you as quickly as possible and there are occasions, when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us. When you return an item to us we handle it as a straightforward refund and make a payment back to the credit card account you originally paid with. If you would like to reorder, you can do so by logging in to your customer accout online and will receive free delivery within 14 days.

We offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused goods. Please note that Kramer Equestrian deducts £4.99 from the refund for return postage. Please use the return form enclosed with the delivery. In our online store you will find the option of reprinting a blank returns form. Items that you wish to return must be unused, undamaged and, if possible, still in their original packaging. The return or exchange of care products, fly repellents, physical media and underwear is not permitted unless the item is unopened or still in its original shrink-wrap. Perishable goods such as feed or supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.
