The work is to be carried out at the location of our head office in Hockenheim (Germany).
- English (British English!) as a native language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and email programmes
- Completed training, eg. degree course
- Commercial knowledge
The main tasks include:
- Address data and order input
- Processing of returns
- Customer correspondence
- Payment control and arrears billing
