The contract with these binding Terms and Conditions between us and you for the supply of products by Kramer Equestrian Ltd. comes into existence when your order has been shipped by us (not with the automated order confirmation). Please ensure you read all of these Terms and Conditions thoroughly, and always verify that your order details are accurate before submitting your order to us. English law applies to all orders placed, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of a dispute. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, or to close an account.
You can return an unwanted item to us within 30 days from the date you received the item, by using the returns label that can be found at www.kramer.co.uk/returns. Simply attach this label to your parcel and take it to your local Post Office. They will weigh your parcel and let you know how much it will be to send your goods back to us. We advise that you also obtain a proof of postage.
Please return your parcel to:
Kramer Equestrian Ltd.
Unless the item is faulty or damaged, or there is an error on our part, your postage costs to return an item to us will not be refunded.
Please note that some products cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene and safety regulations. If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please call customer service on 01803 420125. They will then be able to sort out an exchange or a refund for you as quickly as possible and there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us. When you return an item to us, we handle it as a straightforward refund and make a payment back to the credit card account you originally paid with. If you would like to reorder, you can do so by logging in to your customer accout online and will receive free delivery within 14 days.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order has been placed via the phone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. Returns or exchanges of grooming products, fly repellents, media goods and underwear are not accepted unless the item is still in its original shrink-wrapped packaging or unopened. To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the products including the original postage, you must contact us 30 days, not including weekends or public holidays, after the day your order was received. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Kramer Equestrian Ltd., Woodview Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ4 7SR.
Retention of Title
Until the full payment of the purchase price is made, the goods remain our property. As a customer, you are obliged to treat the delivered goods with care. In case of breach of contract by you as a customer, especially in case of non-payment of the due purchase price, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract according to the statutory provisions and to demand the goods (hereinafter also "reserved goods") based on the retention of title and the withdrawal. If you do not pay the purchase price in full, we may only assert these rights if we have unsuccessfully set a reasonable deadline for payment or if such a deadline is dispensable according to the statutory provisions.
