Distance Selling Regulations

If your order has been placed via the phone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. You can contact us at info@kramer.co.uk or Kramer Equestrian Ltd., Woodview Road, Paignton, Devon, TQ4 7SR.

Retention of Title

Until the full payment of the purchase price is made, the goods remain our property. As a customer, you are obliged to treat the delivered goods with care. In case of breach of contract by you as a customer, especially in case of non-payment of the due purchase price, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract according to the statutory provisions and to demand the goods (hereinafter also "reserved goods") based on the retention of title and the withdrawal. If you do not pay the purchase price in full, we may only assert these rights if we have unsuccessfully set a reasonable deadline for payment or if such a deadline is dispensable according to the statutory provisions.
