Excellent Cavesson
This product snapped at the side of the noseband whilst lunging my horse. I had only used the cavesson about 5 times and had it no longer than a month before it broke. I sent it back first class, was promised a quick turn round for another, waited weeks. Several phone calls later, my "refund" for the postage was a voucher, the minimum spend online is *** (not including delivery) hence I would have to spend more money to redeem it. I asked for the cash to be refunded for the postage. A member of Kramer told me I could also keep the voucher. When I tried to redeem it, it had been cancelled. Poor customer service and poor product.
