Terms and Conditions of Our VIP Service

These Terms and Conditions apply between you (i.e. your own customer account) and Kramer Equestrian Ltd. (hereafter Kramer Equestrian) and determine our mutual rights and obligations. By participating you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the contract.
Customers using our VIP Service benefit from the following VIP Service advantages:

• Free shipping for all articles on our website (return shipment of articles is excluded from our VIP Service)
• No minimum order value
• Newsletter containing super deals

Fees and Term

Kramer Equestrian charges the annual fee of £14.90 once upon registration with the VIP Service. Thereafter the fee is charged every 12 months. If this type of payment becomes invalid during the period of membership or if the payment is otherwise rejected, Kramer Equestrian is entitled to automatically switch the payment method to another one stored in your customer account. The annual fee cannot be combined with loyalty discounts.

Cancellation

Our VIP Service is an indefinite contract with continuing obligation.You can cancel your VIP membership with one month's notice prior to the end of the contract period in writing or via your customer account. You can cancel your VIP Service membership in writing, by phone or via your customer account. If you have paid your membership fee immediately after registration, you may cancel your paid membership within 14 days of your registration. In this case, we will refund your full membership fee if you have not used any VIP service advantage during this period.

Kramer Equestrian has the right to cancel your membership at its own discretion with a notice period of 14 days. In this case, we reimburse the amount of your fee for the current membership period. Reimbursement is excluded if the cancellation is carried out on significant grounds.
Cancellation on significant grounds is possible with immediate effect if you are guilty of breach of these terms or an applicable law if the use of our VIP Service is fraudulent or abusive or our interests or the interests of another user are damaged.
Insofar as we do not insist on the strict observance of these conditions by you or do not enforce them, this does not constitute a waiver of any rights to the future.

Terms and Conditions

The benefits of the VIP Service are not transferable. The advantages only apply to VIP customers with their place of residence and delivery addresses in the UK. Membership of the VIP Service is only possible for end users aged 18 and over.Kramer Equestrian can at any time add or remove VIP advantages at its own discretion. If we change these terms or the scope of services, we will notify you of the changes. You then have the right to object to the changes made to the terms. If you wish to object to the changes, please inform us in writing within 14 days. If you do not object to the amendment, this is your agreement to the respective amendments and the amended version of the terms. Any increase in the participation fee will become effective only upon the due date of the next participation fee. If a change becomes invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, the validity and enforceability of the remaining changes or conditions will not be affected.
