Tight fitting, elastic and lightweight shoulder protector to prevent chafing in the shoulder and withers area. Ideally suited for wearing under a turnout rug, also reliably protects the chest from hair breakage thanks to the rugs front closure. Equipped with Welltex® technology, the protector helps stimulate blood circulation and can reflect the horse's own body heat in the form of infrared radiation. This can help prevent muscular injuries in the shoulder and chest area or provide support during the recovery phase. Elastic, extra wide hems protect against cutting in. The fit optimally covers the chest, trapezius and shoulder muscles. Can also be beneficial for chronic illnesses such as arthrosis in the shoulder area. The hook and loop fastener on the belly strap allows for individual size adjustment as well as quick on and off. Machine washable at 40 degrees, light spin cycle only; do not tumble dry; make sure to close the hook and loop fasteners before washing. 80% polyester, 20% spandex.
