I measured my horse and the rug fits however the elastic around the neck was unbearably tight and must be exceedingly uncomfortable for my horse. The elastic tags on the belly protector attached to the rug neck was so tight, even when fully extended, it ripped the attachment to the rug off completely with the first wear. So disappointing! I will NOT be buying another in the future!
