Outer surface 100% polyurethane, inner surface 100% polyester.

Definitely waterproof and perfect for work round the yard.
LOVE THE MATERIAL AND 100% WATERPROOF
Not quite the material I had expected but nonetheless a good coat, have yet to put it to the test, but I like the slightly longer length
