Product Description
Low-starch, high-fibre cobs for soaking with a balanced calcium-phosphorus ratio. The green oats used in the cobs are harvested before the starch is stored in the oat plant and are therefore grain-free and easily digestible. Rich in natural vital substances and free from molasses and added sugar. Ideally suited for poor doers, fussy, stomach or metabolic sensitive horses as well as allergy sufferers as a supplement to the basic feed or concentrate or as a healthy grain substitute.
Feeding advice: The recommended quantity depends on the quality of the basic feed and the workload of the respective horse and is approx. 100-500g green oat cobs per 100kg body weight. We recommend to introduce the green oat cobs slowly and always soaked.
Preparation: Soak 1kg green oat cobs with 2 - 3 litres of water for at least 15 - 20 minutes and stir well.
